Hotel Route-Inn Chitose Ekimae

I personally didn’t use the onsen but my mum said it was definitely a plus point and well kept. The breakfast was very good, not 5* quality but definitely better than a few other hotels I’ve been to. It was very busy at 6:30am - obviously since it’s an airport hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable. The service was absolutely excellent, out of all the hotels I stayed in on this trip I think this hotel impressed me with the service the most. Every staff member was courteous and helpful, despite the minimal interaction. Finally the best plus point of the hotel is the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport, which you must reserve in advance. Thankfully I had called ahead and our group were the only ones going on the bus so even though we were 10 minutes late, the bus waited for us and we highly appreciated that.

Great breakfast. Great onsen. Main reason for us to book this hotel was the available free shuttle service to New Chitose airport, and that was very good and on time. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was surprisingly happen to be the most satisfying hotel experience during our entire trip in Japan!

Conveniently close to Chitose Station with connection to the airport, but the hotel also offered a free shuttle service (requires reservation). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.

Very near from train station and walking distance to a shopping mall. Good price with breakfast and free shuttle bus to airport but must early booking for your departure time.

The hotel breakfast here is amazing. Best one I had in my 10 day Japan trip. Location is great. Nice to have parking available on-site too
